1958 born in Långsjö, Sweden
during his time in school he already was given the nickname “T.C.”, and thus used it to sign his works
1974 first award: The price of the Emmaboda Art Society, graduation
1977 basic artistic education, at the art school of Öland (painting, graphics, drawing, sculpture), inspired by surrealism
1981 participation in a judged exhibition in the art museum of Kalmar with 2 still lifes
1983 honorary award in the Swedish national painting-competition of young artists
1988 2nd. price in the competition “Vecko Revyn – Dekorima” with a series of still lifes with fishes
1990 first exhibition in Germany (Hamburg, Village Museum Volksdorf, arranged by Ellen and Gerhard Lippe);
further exhibitions in the years 1992, 1994, 1997 and 2001, partly opened by the Swedish consul general in Hamburg, Leif H. Sjöström
1996 invitation to an exhibition “Still Life Reflection” of the American Swedish Institute, Minneapolis, U.S.A
1997 printing of the first coloured lithograph (Lindströms printing shop, Stockholm)
1999 participation in the judged exhibition in the Liljevachs Art Museum Vårsalongen, Stockholm, with a painting showing a high chair and table
2003 concentration towards distinct trompe-l’oeil-painting, especially with the illustration of doors as well as different kinds of closets and other receptacles in life-size leading motifs
2006 advancement of the personal style of painting to a kind of art showing objects on canvas, called “Modern Illusion Art”
2010 limited edition graphics based on actual oil paintings
